“I had never before imagined I would be working as an accountant. Before joining Unija, I acquired some experience in this field, but since I arrived at this accounting firm, my knowledge has been increasing constantly. Various types of training, seminars and actually working in a nice environment have only increased my vigour and motivation for work. I was surprised by how much importance is placed on training and investment in employees. As I joined the company when balance sheets were being drawn up, which indicates the huge amount of work at the time, I first helped other accountants, but soon acquired my own clients. That meant greater responsibility, an opportunity, a sign of the seniors' trust in me and my competences, as well as the knowledge of new things that an independent accountant has to obtain. To me, each new client whose books I keep, is a new challenge, which gives me new satisfaction. I also place great importance on the mood and atmosphere among the employees, which shows in good mutual relations, in the importance of communication and in the fact that other accountants and advisors are willing to assist and help in case of troubles and questions. This all has a very positive effect on me, making me happy to come to work each day, hoping to complete the day being successful and useful. 

Naturally, it is nice to relax and recharge your batteries at weekends, therefore I like to spend them actively practicing sports. Right now I am also completing my studies in economics and I believe that working at Unija Accounting House is an excellent opportunity for me to acquire additional knowledge and experience in the field, therefore I hope for further cooperation.”
