“My career goes back as far  as 17 years. Alongside my growth as a person and as a professional, Unija has also been growing. Indeed, I got my first job with Unija, and despite the belief that one should switch jobs at least every 5 years, I must really like this company as I have only switched positions within the company, rather than changing accounting firms. Working here keeps me invigorated, motivated and, makes me inquisitive... As there is always something going on and always something new. I was soon able to realise that Unija is  progress-oriented to the future and are always finding new solutions in the labyrinth of accounting. It wasn't always easy and even now achieving new aims requires hard work. However, there is nothing better than being a part of something big, excellent, growing, being part of an excellent team with strong charisma and an expressed sense of humanity. Unija has also enabled me to attend additional training and acquire new levels of education. Having a large family, this has not always been easy, but I succeeded thanks to my strong will. What I also want to emphasise is the family-friendly company certificate, representing the pinnacle of our emotional and social intelligence. It is with this project that we enable our employees to have flexible working time, the chance to integrate children in the kindergarten gradually and the opportunity to accompany children to school on their first day. I am also very proud of the title “Best accounting firm 2009”, affirming that our efforts have been right, excellent and properly oriented.”
